Decide what the page is for.
A service page should help someone decide whether your offer fits their problem. A project page should show how you think. A contact page should make starting a conversation feel straightforward. Give each page one main job.
Use words that say what happens.
“View the project” is easier to understand than “Click here.” “Request an estimate” sets a different expectation from “Book a call.” Button labels are small promises. Write them with the same care as the headline.
Put context beside the action.
People hesitate when the next step is unclear. Tell them what information helps, what they can leave blank, and what happens afterward. A short explanation near a form is often more useful than another paragraph of sales copy.
Keep the mobile journey intact.
The most important action should remain easy to find on a small screen. Avoid sticky elements that cover the content, give links enough room to tap, and check that keyboard focus remains visible. The path should feel just as considered on a phone.
